As described in the user agreement, ICFL agrees to provide User with web site hosting accessible through the internet (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). ICFL provides the Service as a convenience and public service to User. Nothing contained herein shall obligate ICFL to provide, or continue to provide, the Service to User. ICFL charges no fee or other cost to User for the Service.

Library must be a publicly funded entity residing within the borders of the state of Idaho to use the Service.
∧Top - What is included with my eBranch?
Your eBranch includes:- Website hosting on ICFL’s servers.
- Website installation and basic setup.
- Your own domain (libraryname.lili.org).
- Technical support to troubleshoot problems. (Contact us to submit a request.)
- Several responsive WordPress themes to choose from.
Your eBranch does not include:
- Custom theme designs.
- Custom graphic designs.
- Custom TLD domains.
- Advanced functionality other than the one provided with your website.
- I have a custom WordPress theme created for my library website, can I install it on my eBranch?
eBranch uses the latest version of WordPress and it also runs under the Genesis framework from Studiopress, if you have a custom theme created for your eBranch it needs to be compatible with the latest WordPress and with the Genesis framework.

We have a Website Guide available which will help you with the basic setup with Genesis and WordPress. There are also a lot of free available resources out on the internet for WordPress. We can also setup a one-on-one training phone call with our web support personnel and if needed site visits are also available, please inquiry.
