To participate in the e-branch project, a library must complete the user agreement process. Here’s how to do this:
- Review the mission and scope statements so you understand the purpose and limits of the ebranch project.
- Read, Sign and Submit the User Agreement Form online or if you prefer to fax or mail it use this PDF User Agreement and fax or mail to Address: 325 W State St., Boise, ID 83702 | Fax: (208) 334-4016
- The State Librarian will approve the agreement and we can send a copy back to you if needed.
- When you receive approval notification, you’re free to begin sharing and marketing your ebranch site.
Libraries that have not yet completed the user agreement process may still participate in e-branch training events – and even set up their sites. Libraries that have not completed the process, however, should not market their e-branch site until the process is complete.
NOTE: If your library is already using a Drupal eBranch website and you would like to migrate to WordPress please contact us directly, you do not need to fill out the user agreement form.
